We are strongly committed to responsible production conditions. At our factory in Asia, we have installed certified wastewater treatment plants and a system for filtering and cleaning exhaust air, and we ensure fair working conditions, workplace safety and a ban on child labour. At our factory in Malaysia, all employees are paid at least the statutory minimum wage, which leads to above-average length of service. Production in Malaysia is ISO 13485 certified, as is the European sales and logistics organisation.

Sustainability is a top priority for us; our latex gloves are made from 100% biodegradable natural latex. Unigloves promotes the professional development of its 600 employees in Malaysia, supports further training and pays on average twice the minimum wage.

We are also involved in the community by donating gloves, protective clothing products and disinfectants to charitable organisations and supporting humanitarian missions.
